Pengaruh Pelatihan Goal Setting Dalam Mengatasi Academic Boredom di Remaja Sidodadi Surabaya

Selama pandemi, pembelajaran online menyebabkan munculnya academic boredom dikarenakan tidak adanya pertemuan langsung. Adanya kebosanan ini dapat menurunkan prestasi akademik siswa hingga berdampak pada kebingungan arah hidup karena memahami tujuannya. Penelitian bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh pelatihan goal setting terhadap boredom. Peneliti menggunakan teknik purposive sampling dengan 10 partisipan berusia 12-16 tahun di komunitas “X”. Pelatihan diadakan sebanyak 3 dalam 2 minggu. Alat ukur yang kami gunakan adalah Academic Boredom Survey (ABS-10) rancangan penelitian pre-test post-test control group designs. Hasil uji hipotesis diterima p < 0.05 yaitu = .009. Artinya, terjadi peningkatan hasil skor rata-rata pretest-posttest dari 35.6 menjadi 55.3. Di sisi lain, seharusnya menurun justru mengalami peningkatan. Hal kemungkinan diakibatkan oleh ketidakkonsistenan kehadiran peserta setiap
